  • When someone calls a traditional real estate office and inquires about your house, the call can go to any agent. That agent won’t know you, your house, your neighborhood, or your builder.  The agent is only interested in getting the callers’ information, so he/she can sell them any house, not just yours; this is because they will make the same commission no matter which house them sell.
