It couldn't be easier: You send us the transaction information along with all supporting documents and involved parties and the pros at RealSupport take over the entire closing process. For each transaction, you'll be assigned a RealSupport Transaction Manager whose sole responsibility is to make sure every step of the closing process goes smoothly.

Your RTM handles all the phone calls and email correspondence, keeping you up-to-date every step of the way. RTM’s use Settlement Room online software to manage your transactions.

Settlement Room allows your RTM to keep track of your closing checklist and all important dates and deadlines. All involved parties are invited into the transaction online and they can view all documents that have been uploaded, everyone’s contact information as well as any notes that we have added. If an issue arises that requires a licensed agent, your RCC will contact you.

You can concentrate on doing what you do best, confident that your transaction is being handled professionally and efficiently, from contract to close!

Your RealSupport Transaction Manager (RTM) Will:
- Customize a closing checklist that works with your needs
- Stay in close contact with everyone involved in the transaction
- Set up your transaction checklist in Settlement Room (RealSupport’s Account)
- Schedule inspections, oversee financing and order the appraisal
- Ensure that each step is completed on time
- Stay in touch with your seller and/or buyer
- Coordinate the final walk-through
- Keep you informed of the transaction's progress
