When Carrie is not working, she and husband, Ryan, owner of StartingPoint Realty, raise their two children Alix and Noah and enjoy spending time outdoors with family and friends.

Erica joined the RealSupport, Inc. team in 2004. Erica came to us with strong real estate industry experience, gained through her prior position as a Client Care Manager for a successful real estate firm. A genuine “people person,” Erica has always understood the importance of putting the client first and focusing on their needs.
As RealSupport, Inc.’s Vice President, Erica understands the challenges that face the evolving real estate industry. New technology and social media trends require industry professionals to adapt quickly - or be left behind! By providing tailored solutions based on our client’s individual needs, Erica enables them to do what they do best and delegate the rest. When Erica is not working, she and her husband Ron enjoy spending time with their family, friends and most importantly, their daughters Kaelynn and Brianna.
Steven joined the RealSupport, Inc. team in March of 2013. He graduated cum laude from Illinois State University with a Bachelor of science in Renewable Energy: Economics and Public Policy. Steven possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills and really shines under pressure. Steven is no stranger to hard work and time management. Before his employment with RealSupport, Inc. he was president of a student run organization at ISU.
Aside from Steven's unrivaled dedication to RealSupport, Inc. he also enjoys skiing, soccer, and hockey. When not at the office you can see Steven cheering for his favorite sports teams. Last summer Steven embarked on an endeavor across the Atlantic Ocean and visited Europe for five months. "It has really changed me as a person and has opened my mind to the subtle nuances that make us all different yet there are resounding similarities in all cultures.
Ashley joined the RealSupport, Inc. team in November of 2012. She has true zeal for sales and marketing, and has built her career on innovative ideas that deliver results. Her industry experience includes developing and managing marketing campaigns, creating promotional advertising, and forming brand strategies.
Ashley approaches challenges with ingenuity, and she takes ownership of difficult projects. As an Account Executive with RealSupport, Inc., Ashley’s energy, team spirit and tenacity enable her to deliver a high level of service for our clients.
In her free time, Ashley enjoys urban adventures in shopping and dining, and spending time with her boyfriend in creative pursuits such as gourmet cooking and interior design.
Melissa joined the RealSupport, Inc. team in February of 2012. She graduated from Boston University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
Prior to joining RealSupport, Melissa served as a Leasing Consultant for luxury downtown apartments, and more recently worked in the Valuations and Marketing departments of a large REO company in Chicago where she developed a strong interest in real estate.
When she is not working, Melissa enjoys spending time with friends, baking, doing yoga, and reading a good mystery book or one her favorite interior design magazines.
Anne brings 14 years’ experience in client relationship management to the RealSupport, Inc. team. She holds a Master’s in Education and has proven herself capable of leading, training, and managing others. Prior to joining RealSupport, Anne worked for Kaplan Professional where she managed the creative and online marketing for the real estate educational materials. Also in her work tenure, she has held positions in marketing, branding, sales, advertising, publishing, and web project management for the commercial real estate industry.
Anne’s technical expertise, creative energy, and strong business acumen make her a great asset to the RealSupport team and clients. In Anne’s previous positions, she has been responsible for managing large-scale projects, cross-functional teams, strategical planning, budgets, and aggressive timelines. She enjoys the challenges of a fast-paced work environment where she can solve challenges and deliver progressive results for her clients.
In her spare time, Anne can be found playing golf, reading industry publications, walking her two dogs, and spending time with her twin nieces.
Maya joined the RealSupport, Inc. team in March of 2013. She graduated from Marquette University with a major in International Business and Finance and an English minor. When she turned 18, and while she was still in school, Maya found her passion for real estate and focused on flips as well as international investments in Europe.
Maya has a strong and varied background in real estate, marketing, branding, and finance.
In her free time, Maya enjoys photography, maintains several of her own blogs, and is currently working on writing a novel and several children's books.
Holly joined the RealSupport, Inc. team in July of 2011. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with an emphasis in public relations. Prior to joining RealSupport, Inc., Holly has held positions in different areas of Marketing and Communications including sales, office management, and accounting.
Her previous positions have provided Holly with a strong value of customer service and dedication to the client. She is hardworking and knows what it takes to provide high quality service to fulfill the clients needs. In her free time Holly enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and enjoying anything outdoors.
Ryan joined the RealSupport, Inc. Team in February of 2012. Armed to the teeth as a front-end web coder and graduate of Temple University’s Advertising Program, he brings the creatives, strategies and fresh ideas to envelop the big-picture idea.
Prior to joining the RealSupport, Inc. team, Ryan performed Art Direction work which involved traditional print media, outdoor displays, and online advertisements. He also designed websites and online advertisements for various real estate and financial corporations.
When he's not working, you'll find Ryan performing for various events around Chicago as a dancer.
Ron joined the RealSupport, Inc. team in June of 2010. His career in the real estate industry began when he was offered a position with an extremely busy broker, specializing in foreclosure and REO sales. Starting as an office assistant, he rapidly advanced up the company ladder; cross training in every department so as to quickly absorb as much information and experience as possible. A promotion to Director of Outsourcing led to the companies $2.2 million in closed sales within one year.
This fueled Ron’s already burning passion for real estate, leading him to RealSupport Inc. in hopes of more opportunities and an even greater challenge. Equipped with a vast amount of computer knowledge, office management skills and a desire to master the real estate marketing industry, Ron is eager to bring another leg of support to an already strong office.
In his free time, Ron enjoys outdoor activities and music events. He is the lead vocalist of a tribute band, plays roller and ice hockey, and actively volunteers through attending and organizing events for multiple not-for-profit causes.
Kate joined the RealSupport, Inc. team in February of 2011. She attended DePaul University, where she enjoyed living the city life, and graduated in 2010. Kate looks forward to applying her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media when supporting and advising our clients.
Prior to joining the RealSupport team, Kate held positions in different areas of Communication and Marketing, including an editorial internship, a position at a community magazine, an internship at a Chicago film corporation, and most recently, Marketing Manager at a dog daycare.
Kate loves to use her creativity and range of experience in the Communication industry when working on copywriting projects for our clients. She also supports our listing marketing department and is a voice for many of our clients when writing creative copy for them.
When she's not working, Kate enjoys taking advantage of everything Chicago has to offer. You can usually find her checking out a new restaurant or band, or exploring a Chicago neighborhood.
Whitney joined the RealSupport, Inc. team in January of 2013. She brings 13 years of real estate marketing and public relations experience to our talented team! Throughout her career, Whiney has been responsible for advertising campaigns, client retention and residential property management.
Whitney began her real estate career in California, where she converted leads to clients for one of America’s most respected private real estate companies. Marriage brought Whitney to Chicago, where she continued to succeed in large-scale property management and real estate marketing.
Whitney takes the time to truly listen to clients and understand their needs, which enables her to provide the best solutions for their goals. She has a keen eye for detail and a genuine passion for helping people! When she’s not working, Whitney and her husband can be found entertaining their 4 children. She also has a love of quilting and sewing, and maintains an online shop for selling her wares.
Kristin joined the RealSupport, Inc. team in November of 2012. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration & Marketing from Southern Methodist University. Kristin began her career in database management and rapidly expanded her skills in real estate marketing. She has created customized ad campaigns in a variety of mediums, including direct mail, print marketing, email, and web-based strategies.
Kristin’s 7 years of real estate industry experience, creative talent and technical aptitude allow her to effectively design and manage marketing campaigns. When she is not working, Kristin enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, and volunteering as an adviser with her sorority, Delta Gamma. She also enjoys eating her way through Chicago’s best restaurants.
Holly graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Purdue University in 2006. Holly began her career in real estate as a Leasing Professional for a luxury apartment community in the Chicago suburbs. She moved on to serve as Assistant Manager at another community, where she was involved in marketing and resident retention campaigns. More recently, she worked for a non-profit organization, focusing on serving the homeless population.
In her free time, Holly enjoys spending time with her husband and dog, photography, cooking and crafting. She has an online shop where she sells her creations.
Lisa joined the RealSupport, Inc. team in June of 2012. Prior to joining RealSupport, Lisa was the Office Manager for a high profile financial services firm where she managed all vendors, worked with new representative development and business coaching, and was responsible for all workflow processes. She also has a background in sales and interior design, which has led to her fascination with the real estate market.
Outside of the office, Lisa enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and two sons, photography, home decorating, and entertaining. She is also currently working on her master’s degree and is looking forward to putting her new found skills to good use!
Kim joined the RealSupport, Inc. team in February of 2013. Her career in Real Estate began in 2003 working as a production artist for a large Chicagoland broker. She advanced her career up the company ladder to Director of Advertising and eCommerce. During her nine years working in Real Estate her knowledge of Real Estate and Real Estate marketing continued to grow with the changing market.
Kim brings her passion for Real Estate and hard-working ethics to an already solid team of professionals. As a Marketing Assistant with RealSupport, Inc., Kim will continue to hone her skills and hopes to continue to grow with this strong team.
When she’s not working, Kim enjoys spending time with her husband and two rambunctious kids. She enjoys reading and cooking and has a passion for healthy living and eating.
"Sara joined the RealSupport, Inc. team in January of 2013. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine Art and later obtained an additional degree in Graphic Design at Platt College in Los Angeles, where she started her career as a graphic designer. She also spent 6 years in Vermont and advanced her design career to include art direction for a monthly real estate publication, as well as design and marketing for multiple real estate agencies. Having lived on both the West and East Coast, Sara's experiences have allowed her to understand and adapt to her client's diverse design, branding and marketing requirements.
When she isn't designing, you can find Sara painting. She maintains an online gallery and participates in art fairs every summer. Sara has a passion for Mexican Folk Art, motorcycles, and weekend road trips."
Allie joined the RealSupport, Inc. Team in June of 2009. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Print Communications from Moody Bible Institute and is passionate about using creative communication to spur others on to action.
Allie has experience in freelance writing and has had several of her articles published in a national magazine. Prior to joining the RealSupport Team, Allie worked as a Creative Writer/Administrative Assistant for 5 years where she wrote articles for the web, social media and mass email communication. Her eye for design also came into play as she created brochures, postcards, and other various marketing materials.
Armed with her experience in print media, creative writing and graphic design, Allie is excited to contribute her talents to the RealSupport Team and our clients projects.
Her passion for creativity has flowed into her experience in freelance photography which she enjoys working on in her free time.
Bonita joined the RealSupport, Inc. team in December of 2010. Bonita brings 15 years of mortgage banking experience and several years of real estate experience to our dynamic team. With a solid background in mortgage underwriting and real estate sales and marketing, Bonita understands the goals and pressures of the real estate industry. She is passionate about the importance of home ownership as a keystone of financial well-being. She has written industry training material and has conducted internal seminars for national banks.
Bonita is responsible for many copywriting projects as well as writing creative and custom, search engine optimized blog posts. She loves sharing and applying her industry knowledge that benefits our team and our clients.
In her free time, Bonita writes e-books and maintains several hobby websites. She also enjoys equestrian events and traveling with her family.
Alicia joined the RealSupport, Inc. team in April of 2011. She graduated from Bradley University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism. While still in school, she interned for an insurance company in the communications and marketing department. After graduating, she landed a job as an Editorial Assistant for a real estate company.
Alicia developed a passion for writing and took on several assignments, including a local news website, a horse racing magazine, and an online information website. Alicia is responsible for various copywriting projects, blogging, and social media for our clients.
In her free time, Alicia enjoys the outdoors, time with her friends, movies, and books. She is especially interested in nutrition and living a healthy lifestyle.
