For over a decade Carrie Gable, President of RealSupport, Inc., has been partnering with real estate professionals to improve their Internet marketing techniques and immediately transform their businesses. Realizing a major technological gap existed between real estate professionals and their prospective clients, Carrie launched RealSupport, Inc. in 2000 to provide real estate professionals with the support they desperately craved. Also known as Real Estate Virtual Assistants, Carrie and her team have assisted top real estate professionals nationwide to improve their personal branding, market their listings, assist with projects, and most recently help launch and maintain their social media campaigns, just to name a few.
Highly sought after for speaking engagements, Carrie shares her expertise to educate her audience on how utilizing technology and social media allows real estate agents to work smarter, not harder. When Carrie is not working, she and husband, Ryan, owner of StartingPoint Realty, raise their two children Alix and Noah and enjoy spending time outdoors with family and friends.

Erica joined the RealSupport, Inc. team in 2004. Erica came to us with strong real estate industry experience, gained through her prior position as a Client Care Manager for a successful real estate firm. A genuine “people person,” Erica has always understood the importance of putting the client first and focusing on their needs.
As RealSupport, Inc.’s Vice President, Erica understands the challenges that face the evolving real estate industry. New technology and social media trends require industry professionals to adapt quickly - or be left behind! By providing tailored solutions based on our client’s individual needs, Erica enables them to do what they do best and delegate the rest. Erica personally follows through with our clients, standing behind the service we are famous for at RealSupport, Inc. She consistently earns new business referrals from current clients that are beyond satisfied with the service and support the RealSupport, Inc. team provides.

When Erica is not working, she and her husband Ron enjoy spending time with their family, friends and most importantly, their daughters Kaelynn and Brianna.

Katy joined the RealSupport team in February of 2011. A Michigan State University graduate with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising with a minor in Public Relations, Katy started her career at an online and specialty directory publisher in Redmond, WA. She then served as an Executive Administrative and Sales Assistant at a Seattle television station. In 2006, she and her family wanted to be closer to their Michigan roots, so they made the long move back to the Midwest, settling down in the Chicagoland area.
Katy answers our phones with a smile and maintains the everyday operations of our office. As the assistant to Erica Lawrence, our Vice President, Katy is also responsible for scheduling Erica's calls, managing her calendar, and preparing various proposals and presentations.
In her free time Katy enjoys spending time with her husband Jay, her 3 year old daughter, Ruby, and two gigantic dogs, Bruno and Norman. She also enjoys cooking, volleyball, movies, television, music, and all types of crafts.
Ron joined the RealSupport, Inc. team in June of 2010. His career in the real estate industry began when he was offered a position with an extremely busy broker, specializing in foreclosure and REO sales. Starting as an office assistant, he rapidly advanced up the company ladder; cross training in every department so as to quickly absorb as much information and experience as possible. A promotion to Director of Outsourcing led to the companies $2.2 million in closed sales within one year.
This fueled Ron’s already burning passion for real estate, leading him to RealSupport Inc. in hopes of more opportunities and an even greater challenge. Equipped with a vast amount of computer knowledge, office management skills and a desire to master the real estate marketing industry, Ron is eager to bring another leg of support to an already strong office.
In his free time, Ron enjoys outdoor activities and music events. He is the lead vocalist of a tribute band, plays roller and ice hockey, and actively volunteers through attending and organizing events for multiple not-for-profit causes.
Sarah joined the RealSupport, Inc. team in August of 2010. She graduated from Syracuse University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts in English. While in school, she developed a passion for research, writing, and social media. After graduation, she maintained a children’s book website and was responsible for moderating user activity. She then landed a PR/Marketing internship for a media company downtown where her primary responsibility was maintaining the social networking sites and blogging for the company’s clients.
This internship sparked Sarah’s interest for a career in social media marketing, and shortly after her internship ended she joined the RealSupport team as a Social Media Specialist. With her knowledge and passion for social media and technology, she maintains the social media presence for our clients. An asset to the RealSupport team, her strong research abilities and creative writing set our clients apart from their competition.
When Sarah isn’t on Facebook or Twitter, she enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and two golden retrievers. She also enjoys reading and recommending good books to her family and friends, which she does in her free time.

Brandie joined the RealSupport, Inc. team in May of 2010. She graduated from Trinity Christian College with highest honors, a 4.0 GPA, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art and Design. Brandie worked on her college newspaper for four years and brings her extensive knowledge of creative writing, strong eye for detail, and impressive work ethic to our team.
Her education expanded her knowledge of print and web media, social networking, creative writing, and gave her the ability to expand upon her own talents as a designer.
Brandie is excited to be a part of the RealSupport team, and is eager to fulfill all of our clients' needs.
In her free time, Brandie enjoys discovering new alternative metal bands, reading Chuck Palahniuk books, and collecting stuffed animals. She also enjoys writing fictional short stories, songs, and poetry.

Kate joined the RealSupport, Inc. team in February of 2011. She attended DePaul University, where she enjoyed living the city life, and graduated in 2010. Kate looks forward to applying her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media when supporting and advising our clients.
Prior to joining the RealSupport team, Kate held positions in different areas of Communication and Marketing, including an editorial internship, a position at a community magazine, an internship at a Chicago film corporation, and most recently, Marketing Manager at a dog daycare.
Kate loves to use her creativity and range of experience in the Communication industry when working on copywriting projects for our clients. She also supports our listing marketing department and is a voice for many of our clients when writing creative copy for them.
When she's not working, Kate enjoys taking advantage of everything Chicago has to offer. You can usually find her checking out a new restaurant or band, or exploring a Chicago neighborhood.

Kandace joined the RealSupport team in February of 2011. Prior to joining the RealSupport team, she worked for four years at a private country club as an Administrative Assistant to the Marketing Director and the Accounts Payable Clerk, where she refined her excellent multi-tasking skills. The accounting responsibilities allowed her to further understand all aspects of business operations.
Kandace also comes to us fully armed with two years of real estate experience, during which she was responsible for designing home brochures and flyers, implementing online and print marketing initiatives and campaigns, coordinating television promotion, and supporting over one hundred agents with their needs and requests.
In her free time, Kandace plays on a summer volleyball league, listens to country music, attends White Sox games, and most importantly, loves spending time with her 4 year old son, who allows her to act like a kid again.

Casey joined the RealSupport, Inc. team in July of 2011. Prior to joining RealSupport, Casey gradually ascended the ladder from performing secretarial duties to becoming an executive assistant for a top producing agent. Six years of experience in the real estate industry have cultivated Casey's knowledge and passion for helping real estate agents with listing marketing efforts, scheduling, administrative support, and more.
Casey's impressive ability to approach each of our clients' projects with enthusiasm has made her an invaluable member of the RealSupport team. As one of our Marketing Coordinators, Casey is eager to meet the needs of our clients in the most productive and timely manner possible.
In her free time Casey enjoys hanging out with friends, being outdoors, listening to music, shopping, cooking new recipes, watching movies, and has a love for traveling!

Lauren joined the RealSupport, Inc. team in July of 2011. After graduating from Columbia College Chicago with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, Lauren began her career as an Associate Editor of a recipe website, where she got to exercise her writing skills and maintain the company's marketing and social media efforts.
Prior to joining RealSupport, Lauren performed sales and marketing duties at an REO and Short Sale firm where she gained valuable experience in the real estate industry, as well as a passion for mass media. Lauren has transferred her experience in print media and communications to RealSupport's social media, listing marketing, and blogging departments. She finds it fulfilling that the combination of her interests, skills, and talents can be put to use to support our clients every day.
When she's not working, Lauren enjoys cooking for family and friends and spending time with her rambunctious cat, Boomer. She also enjoys sitting down with a good book, going to concerts, and staying active outdoors.
Allie joined the RealSupport, Inc. Team in June of 2009. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Print Communications from Moody Bible Institute and is passionate about using creative communication to spur others on to action.
Allie has experience in freelance writing and has had several of her articles published in a national magazine. Prior to joining the RealSupport Team, Allie worked as a Creative Writer/Administrative Assistant for 5 years where she wrote articles for the web, social media and mass email communication. Her eye for design also came into play as she created brochures, postcards, and other various marketing materials.
Armed with her experience in print media, creative writing and graphic design, Allie is excited to contribute her talents to the RealSupport Team and our clients projects.
Her passion for creativity has flowed into her experience in freelance photography which she enjoys working on in her free time.

Stephanie joined the RealSupport, Inc. team in November of 2010. Prior to RealSupport, Stephanie had worked for four years in the real estate industry, climbing the ladder from reception, to personal assistant, to her previous position as Marketing Coordinator and Office Manager for a very successful real estate agent.
She feels passionate about helping others promote their businesses through comprehensive marketing and administrative support, and loves the challenges presented in the ever-changing real estate market.
In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, Alex and Maddie. She is an avid college and professional sports fan, and loves traveling to support her favorite teams at sporting events.

Bonita joined the RealSupport, Inc. team in December of 2010. Bonita brings 15 years of mortgage banking experience and several years of real estate experience to our dynamic team. With a solid background in mortgage underwriting and real estate sales and marketing, Bonita understands the goals and pressures of the real estate industry. She is passionate about the importance of home ownership as a keystone of financial well-being. She has written industry training material and has conducted internal seminars for national banks.
Bonita is responsible for many copywriting projects as well as writing creative and custom, search engine optimized blog posts. She loves sharing and applying her industry knowledge that benefits our team and our clients.
In her free time, Bonita writes e-books and maintains several hobby websites. She also enjoys equestrian events and traveling with her family.

Alicia joined the RealSupport, Inc. team in April of 2011. She graduated from Bradley University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism. While still in school, she interned for an insurance company in the communications and marketing department. After graduating, she landed a job as an Editorial Assistant for a real estate company.
Alicia developed a passion for writing and took on several assignments, including a local news website, a horse racing magazine, and an online information website. Alicia is responsible for various copywriting projects, blogging, and social media for our clients.
In her free time, Alicia enjoys the outdoors, time with her friends, movies, and books. She is especially interested in nutrition and living a healthy lifestyle.
