Carrie Gable, President

Since RealSupport Inc. inception in 2000, Carrie has given her clients the
support they need by combining her creativity, passion and common sense approach
to offer high tech solutions to real estate professionals nationwide. Carrie's
background allows her and the RealSupport team to assist real estate professionals
that want to participate in the vast number of internet marketing tools in
order to take their business to the next level.
Utilizing technology and innovation, Carrie creates processes and standards
for our clients in order to automate many day-to-day activities. RealSupport's
clients are seen as leaders in technology and in their respective areas and
because of their partnership with RealSupport, they enjoy the ability to focus
on new business opportunities with the potential to double their business!
Carrie started her career as an Internet Coordinator at USA Chicago Advertising
Agency and then worked as a Software and Web Development Project Manager for
Smith Bucklin and Associates.
Carrie received an Associate Degree in 1994. She is a Certified Real Estate
Professional Assistant (NAR designation), a Certified Real Estate Support
Specialist, a Certified REALTOR.com Virtual Assistant, a Certified SettlementRoom.com
Virtual Assistant and is certified in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel,
and Microsoft Project.
In 2006, Carrie was one of only 20 real estate virtual assistants invited
to participate at Michael Russer's Boot Camp Workshop where some of the top
real estate professionals in the country looked to Carrie to help them ascertain
their target markets, devise a future website outline and marketing plan,
as well as develop team names, logo concepts and tag lines for their growing
businesses.

When Carrie is not working, she and husband, Ryan, owner of StartingPoint
Realty, raise their two children Alix and Noah and enjoy spending time outdoors

Erica (Parpan) Lawrence, Operations Manager

Erica
joined the RealSupport Inc. team in 2004. Prior to joining RealSupport, Inc., Erica served as a customer service
manager for a successful real estate company in Illinois. She brings her collaborative and approachable management style to the table managing our external and internal
communications and processes by supervising employees and their work, over-seeing
daily operations and expediting client issues.
As our Operations Manager, Erica is responsible for expanding the growth of RealSupport Inc. This includes being the main point of contact
for real estate agents looking to inquire about our vast list of services,
taking on new clients as well as interviewing, hiring and training new team members.
In addition, Erica plays a significant role in long-term planning and setting company goals geared toward operational excellence and success. Erica's valuable experience, fresh viewpoints and ability to delegate responsibilities effectively make her a powerful asset to
our team!
When Erica is not working, she and her husband Ron enjoy spending time with their family,
friends and most importantly, their daughters Kaelynn and Brianna.
Jen Miller, Project & Design Coordinator

Jen joined the RealSupport Inc. team in 2006. She graduated from Iowa State University with a bachelor's degree in Advertising. While at ISU she refined her skills on many of the programs and software she uses for our clients. Jen utilizes her experience on advertising campaigns in college to offer our clients many unique options for their personal marketing materials that sets them apart from other agents who are without a professional marketing team.
As our in house designer, Jen actively researches new marketing ideas and real estate related websites for our clients. She incorporates a clever and innovative mind-frame with cutting edge technology to present our clients with impressive flyers, postcards, brochures, email blasts, and online marketing materials.
Her savvy web design can take a tired, outdated site to an impressive up to date look while maintaining the clients’ preferences and style. Jen also enjoys creating custom designed sites for agents who don’t currently have their own internet domain or who just want to start fresh. These skills make Jen a vital part of the RealSupport team and keep clients at the forefront of today’s marketing!
Jen and her husband Justin welcomed their first child, a baby boy, in August of 2009!
Lori Hildebrandt, Marketing & Statistical Coordinator

Lori joined the RealSupport Inc. team in February of 2008. Lori comes from a family of real estate agents, and prior to joining RealSupport, she worked at three different real estate companies, providing superior marketing and administrative support to their agents. At Lori’s most recent position she was a Contract Coordinator with various Closing Coordination duties for over 60 real estate agents. Lori now enjoys being the lead Closing Coordinator here at RealSupport.
Other tasks Lori takes pride in include compiling and sending monthly seller hit reports and newsletters for our clients. She is also responsible for composing weekly listing update e-mail blasts. Lori’s love for Math has also helped her to succeed in creating monthly absorption rates for several of our clients in various markets. In addition to her vast experience in our field, her fresh ideas, positive outlook, and willingness to go that extra mile ensure the success of our clients.
Lori's personal interests include horseback riding and dancing, those of which she have been doing since she was 4 years old. When she's not working, Lori enjoys spending time with her 5 year old daughter Kailee who is now at that age where she loves learning and asking questions.
Stacey Clarke, Listing & Copywriting Coordinator

Stacey joined the RealSupport Inc. Team in June of 2009. She received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Journalism and Psychology from the University of Iowa. During her four years there, she dedicated herself to multiple internships and school organizations. From a marketing position with the University of Iowa telephone directories to an intern at a well known talent agency in Los Angeles.
Following graduation, she landed a job with a leading advertising agency where she worked as an assistant in the creative and production department. Expressing interest in taking on new projects, they allowed her to host an online news show broadcasting the latest news in interactive advertising and social media. Not only did she host it, but she wrote the script and produced the weekly e-newsletter that adjoined it. Stacey then also took on several responsibilities for the agency’s marketing department including compiling market research and writing creative press releases.
Stacey moved back to her hometown of Arlington Heights, IL after accepting a position with the RealSupport Team. In her free time, Stacey loves staying active - whether that be running, biking, yoga, or even acting classes.
Allie Coyle, Listing & Photography Coordinator

Allie joined the RealSupport, Inc. Team in June of 2009. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Print Communications from Moody Bible Institute and is passionate about using creative communication to spur others on to action.
Allie has experience in freelance writing and has had several of her articles published in a national magazine. Prior to joining the RealSupport Team, Allie was as a Creative Writer/Administrative Assistant for 5 years where she wrote articles for the web, social media and mass email communication. Her eye for design also came into play as she created brochures, postcards, and other various marketing materials.
Armed with her experience in print media, creative writing and graphic design, Allie is excited to contribute her talents to the RealSupport Team and our clients projects.
Her passion for creativity has flowed into her experience in freelance photography which she enjoys working on in her free time.
Shauna Daly, Listing Coordinator

Shauna joined the RealSupport, Inc. Team in February of 2010. She graduated Chapman University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Creative Writing. Her career in real estate began when a leading Orange County Real Estate broker recognized Shauna's intuitive ability to think outside the box and immediately hired her as the Social Networking and Marketing Director for her team.
She discovered a natural talent for assisting and instructing powerful and successful REALTOR's to make their businesses more successful by using her knowledge and experience with the internet, specifically social networking, and search engine optimization. Shauna became best known for her abilities to create a solid online presence, optimize web visibility, and capitalize on social media, all in the most cost effective and time efficient ways possible. Her cutting-edge strategies and innovative techniques heed impressive results. Shauna has already begun implementing her winning methods for our clients.
Shauna recently relocated from Orange County, California back to her hometown of Chicago, Illinois. She is a dog-lover, a proud aunt of twins and in her free time she loves traveling, movies, wine tasting and relaxing with a good book.
Ron Livigni, Listing Coordinator

Ron joined the RealSupport Inc. team in June of 2010. His career in the real estate industry began when he was offered a position with an extremely busy broker, specializing in foreclosure and REO sales. Starting as an office assistant, he rapidly advanced up the company ladder; cross training in every department so as to quickly absorb as much information and experience as possible. A promotion to Director of Outsourcing led to the companies $2.2 million in closed sales within one year.
This fueled Ron’s already burning passion for real estate, leading him to RealSupport Inc. in hopes of more opportunities and an even greater challenge. Equipped with a vast amount of computer knowledge, office management skills and a desire to master the real estate marketing industry, Ron is eager to bring another leg of support to an already strong office.
In his free time, Ron enjoys outdoor activities and music events. He is the lead vocalist of a tribute band, plays roller and ice hockey, and actively volunteers through attending and organizing events for multiple not-for-profit causes.
