Real Estate Listing Marketing / Listing Coordination Scope of Services:

RealSupport will help you develop a listing marketing package that will put you above your competition and wow your clients! Your listing coordination tasks will be completed within 48 hours or less, unless otherwise notified, from receipt of all necessary materials such as listing sheet and photos (on average it will be 24 hours).

Photo Prep:
RealSupport will manipulate your photos using Adobe Photoshop. This includes cropping, adjusting light, etc. We use Adobe PhotoShop to optimize your photos keeping them crisp and professional looking. The enhanced photos will be used throughout your entire listing coordination task list.
Marketing Proofs:
Upon completion of your Listing Marketing Checklist, you will receive links to all the online advertising for your particular listing as well as all flyers, postcards, brochures, etc. in PDF format. This is a great source for you since you can email ALL your marketing to your seller in one very impressive email. We will also handle uploaded these documents to your printing service if applicable. All printing costs are the responsibility of the client.
